If there are requirements for rust prevention, please prioritize choosing SUS304 material products.
Products that have not undergone surface treatment need to be regularly coated with anti rust oil for maintenance, in order to extend the anti rust time.
2. Is a full inspection conducted when managing the quality of step screws used for support points?
Strictly inspect each process link. And conduct a full inspection of the main process steps. Conduct a full inspection upon final shipment.
3. How to avoid the occurrence of thread breakage when the fulcrum is tightened with step screws?
Please tighten the bolts within the tightening torque range, otherwise excessive torque may cause thread breakage.

4. Can the L size selection type of step screw for fulcrum be used to machine the root undercut of the thread?
may not. The L size selection type cannot choose to perform root undercut machining on the M size part. If you need a thread root undercut, please choose a machining PC with L size freely specified. Click on the specific L size to specify the type
